The idea
Miami is Miami. The wealthy go to Brickell. And the ones who know go one bridge further, to Brickell Key, where the night stays on the other side of the water.
Residence 1604 is a fully furnished corner on the 16th floor of Courvoisier Courts. Three exposures, a wraparound balcony, Italian marble underfoot, and the whole of Brickell's evening ten minutes from the door.
Across the bridge
Brickell City Centre is a ten-minute walk. Sugar at EAST Miami is up there, Casa Tua Cucina is in it, and Komodo, Sexy Fish, Gekko, LPM and Cipriani are within a few blocks of each other. Kiki on the River sits on the Miami River. Downtown's E11EVEN and Club Space are ten minutes by car, South Beach and LIV about twenty.
You do not need a plan. You need a table, and Brickell has more of them per block than anywhere in the city.
The way home
The drive back crosses one bridge and stops at a residents' lane at the vehicle gate with security around the clock. The valet takes the car. The lobby is marble and quiet. Upstairs, the balcony wraps around three sides of the residence, and the towers you were just standing in are lit up across the water.
The last hour of the night is better here than anywhere you paid to be.
Recovery
Brickell Key is a residential island. Traffic is what the residents bring, and after midnight that is not much. The primary suite has a custom walk-in closet and a glass mosaic walk-in shower. The morning belongs to the Terra Kaffe super-automatic machine in the kitchen, then the two-story fitness center, the heated bayfront pool, or the promenade around the island.

One evening
The sun goes down behind the towers. The balcony wraps the corner, so you follow the light around.
Ten minutes on foot to Brickell City Centre, or a short drive to the tables that need a name at the door.
Sugar, or whichever roof has the better crowd that night. The skyline you will sleep in is across the water.
Kiki on the River, or downtown if the night has more in it. Both are ten minutes from home.
One bridge, one gate, the valet, the lobby, the balcony. The city is still lit. The island is silent.

Yes. Brickell Key has a residents' lane at the vehicle gate with 24-hour security, and Courvoisier Courts has a 24-hour concierge and valet. Guests are announced and welcomed the way any private building handles it.
A seasonal lease at $10,000 per month with a firm six-month minimum, or an annual lease at $5,500 per month for twelve months. The six-month minimum is not negotiable.
Yes. A luxury or exotic car can be arranged for the whole lease, from a Porsche or a Mercedes-AMG G 63 to a Rolls-Royce, Bentley, Lamborghini or Bugatti. The building has valet parking.
Brickell Key is a 44-acre residential island reached by one bridge. The residence is a corner on the 16th floor with the water on three sides. The nightlife is across the bridge, not under the window.
The season
Art Basel in December, the boat show in February, the Miami Open in March, Formula 1 in May. A six-month seasonal lease covers all of it, with a quiet island to come home to.
