The residence
An island address in the heart of Miami
Brickell Key is a residential island a single bridge from Brickell, Miami's financial district, with a residents' lane at the vehicle gate and round-the-clock building security. Residence 1604 occupies a corner of the 16th floor at Courvoisier Courts: two bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, 1,230 sq ft (114 m²) and a wraparound balcony looking across the water to downtown, out to Biscayne Bay and down over the island's gardens.
The renovation spared no expense, in one of the best-maintained buildings on the island. European designer furniture, Italian marble floors and bathrooms, a bespoke walk-in wardrobe and a full laundry. Bring a suitcase, not a removals van.
