Brickell Key is a residential island a single bridge from Brickell, Miami's financial district. A residents' lane at the vehicle gate and 24-hour building security keep it quiet. Residence 1604 sits on a corner of the 16th floor at Courvoisier Courts, with two bedrooms, two and a half baths, 1,230 square feet and a wraparound balcony facing the skyline, Biscayne Bay and the island's gardens and pool.
