Brickell Key is a residential island connected by a single bridge to Brickell, Miami's financial district, with a residents' lane at the vehicle gate and 24-hour building security. Residence 1604 occupies a corner of the 16th floor at Courvoisier Courts: two bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, 1,230 square feet (114 m²) and a wraparound balcony facing the downtown skyline, Biscayne Bay and the island's gardens.
Renovated with no expense spared in one of the best-maintained buildings on the island, it comes fully furnished with European designer pieces, Italian marble floors and bathrooms, a custom walk-in wardrobe and a full laundry. Bring a suitcase; the house is already finished.
