The residence
An island address, one bridge from Brickell
Brickell Key is a residential island connected by a single bridge to Brickell, Miami's financial district, with a vehicle lane reserved for residents and building security around the clock. Residence 1604 occupies a corner of the 16th floor at Courvoisier Courts: two bedrooms, two and a half baths, 1,230 square feet and a wraparound balcony facing downtown across the water, Biscayne Bay and the island's gardens.
The renovation spared nothing, in one of the best-maintained buildings on the island. European designer furniture, Italian marble floors and baths, a custom walk-in closet and a full laundry are all in place. You bring the suitcase.

Yes. A luxury or exotic car can be arranged for the whole lease, from a Porsche or Mercedes-AMG G 63 to a Rolls-Royce, Bentley, Lamborghini or Bugatti.
Is the residence furnished?
