Brickell Key is a residential island a single bridge from Brickell, Miami's financial district, with a residents' lane at the vehicle gate and 24-hour building security. Residence 1604 occupies a corner of the 16th floor at Courvoisier Courts: two bedrooms, two and a half baths, 1,230 square feet (114 m²) and a wraparound balcony facing the downtown skyline, Biscayne Bay and the island's gardens and pool.
