The residence
An island address, one bridge from Brickell
Brickell Key is a residential island joined to Brickell, Miami's financial district, by a single bridge, with a residents' lane at the vehicle gate and building security around the clock. Residence 1604 holds a corner of the 16th floor at Courvoisier Courts: two bedrooms, two and a half baths, 1,230 square feet and a wraparound balcony facing the downtown skyline, Biscayne Bay and the island's gardens.
The renovation spared no expense, in one of the best-maintained buildings on the island. European designer furniture, Italian marble floors and baths, a custom walk-in closet and a full laundry. Bring a suitcase; the rest is done.

Can you arrange a car?
Yes. A luxury or exotic car can be arranged for the whole lease, from a Porsche or Mercedes-AMG G 63 to a Rolls-Royce, Bentley, Lamborghini or Bugatti.
What lease terms are available?
A seasonal lease at $10,000 per month with a firm six-month minimum, or an annual lease at $5,500 per month for twelve months.
