The residence

Brickell Key is a residential island connected by a single bridge to Brickell, Miami's financial district, with a residents' lane at the vehicle gate and 24-hour building security. Residence 1604 occupies a corner of the 16th floor at Courvoisier Courts: two bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, 1,230 square feet (114 m²) and a wraparound balcony facing the downtown skyline, Biscayne Bay and the island's gardens.
Renovated with no expense spared in one of the best-maintained buildings on the island, it comes fully furnished with European designer pieces, Italian marble floors and bathrooms, a custom walk-in closet and a full laundry. Fly in with a carry-on; the house is ready.

What lease terms are available?
A seasonal lease at $10,000 per month with a firm six-month minimum, or an annual lease at $5,500 per month for twelve months.
Can you arrange a car?
Yes. A luxury or exotic car can be arranged for the whole lease, from a Porsche or Mercedes-AMG G 63 to a Rolls-Royce, Bentley, Lamborghini or Bugatti.
Are international tenants welcome?
