The residence
An island address in the heart of Miami
Brickell Key is a residential island a single bridge from Brickell, Miami's financial district, with a residents' lane at the vehicle gate and 24-hour building security. Residence 1604 holds a corner of the 16th floor at Courvoisier Courts: two bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, 1,230 square feet (114 m²) and a wraparound balcony facing the downtown skyline, Biscayne Bay and the island's gardens and pool.
The renovation spared no expense, in one of the best-maintained buildings on the island. European designer furniture, Italian marble floors and bathrooms, a custom walk-in wardrobe and a full laundry. After twenty hours in the air, the last thing you should need is a furniture shop.

Miami's season runs from November through April: Art Basel in December, the boat show in February, the Miami Open in March. A six-month lease from November covers it; begin in December and the term runs through the Formula 1 Grand Prix in May.
