The renovation
Italian marble on the floors and in every bath. European designer furniture throughout, chosen for the rooms and left in them. CB2 showcased the result. The building is Courvoisier Courts, twenty-eight stories completed in 1997 and one of the best-maintained on the island.
Nothing in the residence asks to be noticed. Everything holds up when it is.
The corner
The downtown skyline across the water. Biscayne Bay. The island's gardens and pool below. A balcony wraps all three, with sliding glass from the living room and the kitchen.
Two bedrooms, two and a half baths, 1,230 square feet. A custom walk-in closet. A glass mosaic walk-in shower. A full-size washer and dryer inside the residence.
Discretion
A marble lobby. A 24-hour concierge. Valet at the porte-cochere. Security at the building and again at the island's vehicle gate. A heated bayfront pool, a waterfront sundeck and hot tub, a two-story fitness center, tennis, racquetball and squash, a business center, and a promenade around the island at the water's edge.

Yes, fully, and it is offered only that way. European designer furniture, Italian marble floors and bathrooms, a custom walk-in closet, a full-size washer and dryer. The furniture stays.
A seasonal lease at $10,000 per month with a firm six-month minimum, or an annual lease at $5,500 per month for twelve months. The minimum is not negotiable.
Yes. A luxury or exotic car can be arranged for the whole lease, from a Porsche or a Mercedes-AMG G 63 to a Rolls-Royce, Bentley, Lamborghini or Bugatti. The building has valet parking.
Yes. Many of Brickell Key's seasonal residents arrive from Latin America, Europe, Canada and the Gulf. Documentation requirements are shared on inquiry.
The season
Art Basel in December, the boat show in February, the Miami Open in March, Formula 1 in May. A six-month seasonal lease covers all of it.
