Brickell Key is a residential island a bridge away from Brickell, with a residents' lane at the vehicle gate, 24-hour security and a promenade around its shore. Residence 1604 sits sixteen floors up in one of the best-maintained buildings on the island, with a balcony on three sides and the whole season within reach.

The promenade circles the island at the water's edge: runners at sunrise, dogs at seven, strollers by nine. The heated bayfront pool and sundeck at Courvoisier Courts face the skyline across the water, the tennis court is booked before breakfast, and the two-story fitness center is downstairs for the hours when the sun is too high.

The balcony wraps three sides of the residence: the downtown skyline across the water, the open bay toward the port, and the island's gardens and pool below. Miami's boating life runs along the bay in front of you, the beaches of Key Biscayne are fifteen minutes away, and South Beach is twenty when the evening calls for it.

Brickell City Centre is a ten-minute walk over the bridge, and the restaurants and rooftops of Brickell begin just beyond it. The Mandarin Oriental on the island takes care of brunch. The Design District and Wynwood are fifteen minutes for galleries and shopping, Coconut Grove is fifteen minutes the other way, and the airport is twenty when friends fly in for the weekend.

What lease terms are available?

A seasonal lease at $10,000 per month with a firm six-month minimum, or an annual lease at $5,500 per month for twelve months. Rates are in US dollars.

Can you arrange a car for the season?

Yes. A luxury or exotic car can be arranged for the whole lease, from a Porsche or a Mercedes-AMG G 63 to a Rolls-Royce, Bentley, Lamborghini or Bugatti.

Is the residence furnished?

Yes, fully. European designer furniture, Italian marble floors and bathrooms, a custom walk-in closet and a full-size washer and dryer. It is move-in ready, and the furniture stays.

Are pets allowed?

Yes. One dog or cat is welcome with a pet fee and a pet deposit, subject to the building's rules.
