The second bedroom was made for children and their visiting cousins: two built-in bunks plus a full bed, double closets, and a window onto the towers of the island. The primary suite sits on the other side of the residence, with a custom walk-in closet and a glass mosaic walk-in shower, so parents keep a room that is entirely their own.

A waterfront promenade circles the island, wide enough for strollers and scooters and long enough to tire out a small child before dinner. Brickell Key Park has a lawn and a playground at the water's edge. Cars enter the island through a residents' gate with 24-hour security, and Courvoisier Courts adds its own concierge, valet and security around the clock. Groceries and everyday errands are a walk across the bridge into Brickell. How many can sleep comfortably?

Two bedrooms and two and a half baths across 1,230 square feet, about 114 square meters. The primary suite has a king-sized calm of its own with a walk-in closet; the second bedroom sleeps three with two built-in bunks and a full bed.

Is the residence furnished?

Yes, fully. European designer furniture, Italian marble floors and bathrooms, a custom walk-in closet and a full-size washer and dryer. It is move-in ready, and the furniture stays.

What lease terms are available?

A seasonal lease at $10,000 per month with a firm six-month minimum, or an annual lease at $5,500 per month for twelve months. Rates are in US dollars.
